Baptist Women is a Baptist woman's mission fellowship for women ages 18 and older. Our mission is to faithfully proclaim God's love in both word and deed. This nurturing environment encourages women to develop spiritually. Our goal is to strengthen women as religious leaders, mission champions, and to support one another in our spiritual walk.
We are an action-oriented fellowship that involves ourselves in small projects for elderly church members, for needy families in the community, other community projects and for special projects in other states in partnership with the Baptist Men. Our special ministry projects have included volunteer work at Dorothea Dix and at the Oaks of Carolina.
Baptist Women partner with Baptist Men and are prepared to leave at a moments notice to support disaster relief or disaster recovery efforts anywhere in the world.
We meet monthly to enjoy a meal, fun, fellowship, a time of prayer, and a short meeting to lay plans for mission projects in the community to be carried out during the month.
Come and join us on the fourth Monday evening of each month at 7:00 pm in the church's Fellowship Hall. Bring a covered dish (it doesn't need to be fancy) and prepare for a life-changing experience. We hope you will come and join us on our journey.
