"Inwood Baptist MMO did a great job preparing my oldest child for kindergarten, both academically and socially. Skills such as letter, number recognition, colors and shapes as well as writing were all emphasized in this program. Through structured activities, the children at Inwood Baptist learn how to follow directions, as well as develop good listening skills. If you are looking for a small nurturing Christian environment that also prepares your child for kindergarten, Inwood Baptist of the place for you."
"Inwood Baptist Mother's Morning Out Program has been a wonderful place for my daughter. She has grown academically, emotionally and spiritually. The program always goes above and beyond my expectations. The director and teachers genuinely care about the kids and spend hours of personal time preparing lessons for each day. And Mrs. Toni's triumphant greeting each day, calling each by name, makes each one feel special. I truly feel that the Mother's Morning Out program is doing a great job preparing my daughter for kindergarten. Every Morning she asks, "Do I get to go to school today??" And I love it when I can tell her "Yes... you get to go to school today".
"My daughter has been attending Mother's Morning Out since she was 1 1/2 years old. I can only begin to explain the difference the program has made in her development. Right at two years old, She could say her ABC's, count to twenty, identify her colors, and sing countless songs. She has learned to play well with others, pick up after herself, and has developed a sense of independence. I know that she is in good hands when I leave her with the well qualified teachers that I know love her and care about her well-being. I know that by the time she starts kindergarten, she will be ready and I have Mother's Morning Out to thanks for that."
"I believe the MMO program at Inwood Baptist Church is a wonderful and vital ministry. My two children attended the program for a total of six years. My son began the year MMO began at Inwood, in 2001, and when my daughter was of age in 2003, she began. My children thoroughly enjoyed it and were well equipped for the transition into public school. The children socialize and interact with their peers and teachers while learning to follow directions and learn academically - letters, numbers, colors, shapes, seasons, and a variety of other subjects. I feel the most important reason to be involved in this program is the genuine love that is shown to each child everyday. You cannot put a price on knowing that your child is safe, secure, and being loved while he is at "school" and away from your care. The teachers have an awesome responsibility and privelage to share the love of our Lord Jesus Christ with the little ones entrusted to them everyday at MMO. I have heard said that the best way to win a mother's heart is to love her children, and I agree completely. The children in the MMO program at Inwood are taught, nurtured, and loved by the most caring teachers - true servants of the Lord. I would recommend this wonderful ministry to anyone, and am confident your whole family will be blessed by it, as mine was."
"We couldn't be more satisfied with our mother's morning out experience! The teachers exceed our expectations and the program is great. We have two children enrolled right now and for us it comes down to three elements: memories that last a lifetime, skills to fill the classroom, and values that are eternal. MMO goes above and beyond to satisfy us and help our children grow!"
